We thank you for considering the Lexigo materials we've created and used on board game products, when you place an order for an item with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us before ordering.

Whilst we may consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the Canada, we can give no warranty, express or implied, that an order or use of this website from outside the Canada complies with any applicable non-Canada regulations of laws.
A Contract for the sale of Lexigro products will be formed once an order has been accepted, processed and sent, at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods.
The availability and prices of goods are subject to change, and such changes may occur without notice. Delivery charges are added to the value of orders as appropriate, as described in the delivery times and charges.

We guarantee that the goods despatched comply with the terms of the contract and also that the goods despatched are fit for the purpose for which they are normally used and fit for any special purpose, such purpose being agreed in advance.
We do not provide any guarantee, however, in respect of defects to any Goods occurring after despatch as a result of lack of care, inappropriate use, or any alteration made to any item. Nor do we guarantee compensation for any loss arising from such defects.

While we take care to ensure that products are correctly described and specified on our website. However, the colour of our Goods represented may be affected by browser software or computer systems, we hence we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in their colour.
